During his ABA and NBA career that spanned from 1971-1987, Erving accumulated career totals of 30,026 points, 2,272 steals and 10,525 rebounds. Erving won the ABA Championship three times, and the NBA Championship once with the Philadelphia 76ers in 1983. Bird played in the NBA from 1979-1992, while winning the NBA Rookie of the Year award and amassing 21,791 points, 5,695 assists and 1,556 steals. Bird won the NBA MVP award on three separate occasions, while also winning the NBA Championship with the Boston Celtics three times;
